my boyfriend ordered me a necklace and it took about a month for the necklace to come. he had tried emailing multiple times with no answers to his questions and only a link to press was shared with him. very poor timing and communication from fabulove

i purchased a necklace from there and received a completely different order. I ordered a silver necklace with no names and got a gold necklace with different names

I have ordered three items engraved necklace and two rotating eternal rose boxes. But I only got one necklace and one rose box. I am really unsatisfied with this service.

Oh wow what an absolutely terrible experience. They deceptively ask you if you want another necklace at the end of the order process (after you already complete the order). Doesn't really specify if it's the one you already purchased or if it's an additional necklace(guess what it's a second necklace). Then you hit confirm and boom the total doubles and you are instantly charged for both necklaces(without seeing any sort of subtotal or anything that indicates the terrible mistake you just made). Then you try to call the customer service line on a non holiday weekday and to my absolute shock(not really) there's no one there to answer the call, and I'm forced to wait for an email back, that can take up to 12 hours for a response.... Funnnn stuff, but it's Friday and we all know no one is gonna respond to my email until Monday. So not only is my product that I was deceptively double order double charged for not going to be able to be refunded until Monday, there's a near 0 percent chance these people are gonna get my order shipped out on before next week either meaning a near 0 percent chance I get this item before Valentine's day(my fault for ordering things so late but moneys right lately I'm getting things when I can). So yeah what a total joke. And it's really fun when I company does stuff on a deceptive way to try to get you to buy extra stuff. If I wasn't paying attention, and so short on cash at the moment, I would have never noticed until I received the items. I guess this is what I deserve for trying to get my girlfriend a last minute Valentine's day gift. I'm pretty sure I'll get the refund eventually but this is so incredibly inconvenient for me at the moment that I can help but air my grievances here. Spending almost 100$ when you only meant to spend 40$ can be really inconvenient when that's your last 100$s.

I ordered a rosebox with a necklace that has both my girl and my name engraved in it as my Valentine’s gift for her. Couple weeks later I received an email from them saying that my package has been delivered however I have not received anything up to this point. I tried reaching out to their support team twice, 5 days has passed and I still have zero response from them. I hope this does not happen to anyone as I essentially paid for nothing.

I got the bonding Bracelets for my husband and I for Christmas ❤️💚 and have since brought the necklace with our initials and also love it ❤️💚 my only issue is the necklace needs to be little longer as I feel it’s chocking me I have sent an email on Friday morning but no answer other than the necklace needs to be bit longer I’m shore I’m not the only one which this issue

I ordered the forever bracelets and I paid for the expedited shipping however it’s already been a week and the package still hasn’t even left the warehouse you would think that they would at least respond back when you attempt to contact somebody about it but nope don’t pay for the expedited shipping

I contacted them twice within this last week and received no response or help !! They can’t be trusted !! Save your money there’s other sites !!l

Absolutely disgusting service and company, I have attempted to get in touch with them multiple times for updates on my order but received no reply, I decided to look on an independent tracking website to see where my order is only to find out it's still in China after 1 week, with the estimated delivery time not being for another 19-23 days. Don't order from here.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I dont know how people are giving them higher ratings but the ones that you see with low ratings, seems we all have the same experience. Paid for faster shipping, got an email stating it was on the way and have yet to receive anything. Reached out twice with zero response. Had to send a complaint to Paypal to hopefully determine this purchase a fraudulent one. Bottom line is, dont believe the high ratings or those ads; high chance this company is a scam. From one unfortunate consumer, save yourself the trouble and purchase elsewhere.
