Wanted to surprise my wife with a nice gift, and she absolutely loved it. From the packaging to the rose gold necklace. She was so happy and it made her night! Highly recommend for building romance or patching things up with your partner!
The actual product is very good but unfortunately your courier has damaged the outer brown box which in turn has damaged the red Eternal love box which has spoilt the overall affect.

Terrible service!! They never respond back in anyway at all not emails not that stupid ticket system they made that gets no response ever. They also have no working customer service line so good luck with contacting them. They also lied it’s 4 weeks shipping not 7-12 days if you live in the US. I tried canceling but because they never look at their email they just never did even though it didn’t ship for 3 weeks, it stayed as order confirmed it never even left the warehouse in China. OVERALL AWFUL COMPANY AND THEY DONT DO REFUNDS CAUSE THEY DONT EVEN CHECK ANYTHING TO SEE IF ANYONE WANTS TO CANCEL OR DISLIKE THE PRODUCT!!
While the neckless and rose are absolutely gorgeous, the shipping is not. It said 3-5 business days and did not arrive until a full month later.
My girlfriend absolutely LOVED the Eternal Rose Box and the Necklace. I was so happy to see the excitement on her face. However, I also ordered the Sterling Silver Eternal Bracelet, which was not in the shipment when she opened it. She is still missing part of her Valentines Day gift. I have reached out many times and have yet to hear anything back.
